Giving

At Sun Valley Church, we see our giving as an integral part of our worship. Our giving is not to be a legalistic thing nor should it be done to win the affections of our God. Rather, our giving is an outworking of the overflow of our heart's worship of God, and our understanding that all things are His. We are encouraged to give generously (1 Tim. 6:18) and with the joy that comes from treasuring the news that Jesus sacrifices everything, and all that we have is His.

Our lives are to reflect a different set of priorities because of who we understand ourselves to be because of the Gospel. No longer do we see ourselves as owners but as stewards of God’s gifts towards us — the time we have on this earth, the talents and abilities that He has given us, and the resources that He has blessed us with to be His people and pursue His purposes…even the gospel itself (1 Corinthians 4:1; 1 Peter 4:10).

Online

We have an online option that allows you to give one-time donations,  as well as set up regularly scheduled donations to the Church. Note for first time users: you need your name and email to login and it has to match our Church records in order to work. If you are unsure of what that is please call the office at 509-965-6800.

When giving through the SVC website or the Realm app, you now have the option to give toward offsetting processing fees of 3% for credit and debit cards or 1% for transfers from your bank account.  If you choose to contribute to those costs, rest assured that they are tax-deductible and will be reflected on your year-end giving statement. Automatic Payments

Most banks offer a service that allows you to set up regular, automatic payments. Contact your bank for more information.
